After serving his army duty, he moved to Denmark, where he spent twelve transformative winters honing his skills in precision and minimalism, working in various esteemed restaurants across Aarhus and Copenhagen, immersing himself in the vibrant Danish culinary scene while infusing love into every dish.
Opening a brunch spot has always been a cherished dream. Upon discovering the perfect location nestled in the charming old town—a place he's always had a special fondness for—Stavrøs knew it was time to return to his island home and bring this dream to life. In Nicosia's historic alleys, he was ready to unite Danish precision with Cypriot passion.
